Inclined bowl type conveyor

Z-Bucket Elevator conveys materials through several buckets suspended on a chain. It’s z shaped. Z elevator conveyor can transport materials horizontally-vertically-horizontally. On the one hand, z bucket conveyor can feed the materials by single or multiple feeding ports. On the other hand, it can also accomplish unloading by multiple discharge ports / outlets.

Inclined Bucket Elevator is a very important component of the packaging industry. These bucket elevators are used to carry products to machine hopper, a speed of elevator and others in a synchronized manner with a basic and main machine.

The bowl type elevator uses chain drive to fix the bowl on the chain,so that separated or weighted material can be put into a single container, which is not easy to mix. Material can be heated one or frozen food during transport for packing.

Also known as spiral conveyors, screw conveyors, helix conveyors, or centerless auger conveyors, these conyeyors are designed to transport various loose, powdery, fine-grained and dusty materials. It can effectively transport a wide range of loose products over small distances generally to elevate products to reach the top of a product metering system of a packaging system.
