Z-tpye Bucket Elevator for Granule

Z-Bucket Elevator conveys materials through several buckets suspended on a chain. It’s z shaped. Z elevator conveyor can transport materials horizontally-vertically-horizontally. On the one hand, z bucket conveyor can feed the materials by single or multiple feeding ports. On the other hand, it can also accomplish unloading by multiple discharge ports / outlets.
Z-Bucket Elevators are used mainly to convey solid granular products like rice,potato chip, candy,etc.It is better to transport non-sticky substances.
This type of conveyor system is widely used to lift products on the top hopper of a weigher system and used in conjunction with a packaging machine to form an automatic packaging line For the food packaging industry.
