How are braised peanuts packaged using a vacuum packaging machine? First, we set the appropriate packaging speed on the screen, achieving up to 60 large bags of peanuts per minute. The machine automatically picks up bags using vacuum suction cups, delivering them to the first station—one bag at a time. After the suction cup opens the bag's mouth, a bag-holding plate inserts into the opening to keep it open while the bag moves to the next station for filling. A tilting elevator conveys peanuts to the feed tray of a multihead combination weigher. A line-array disc distributes them to multiple weighing hoppers. Employing a free arrangement principle, when peanuts in multiple hoppers reach the target weight, all hoppers simultaneously open, allowing peanuts to slide into the collection hopper. They are then precisely filled into bags before proceeding to the next station for brine injection. The bag undergoes simple sealing, with the peanuts gently flattened inside. It then enters a vacuum chamber for air extraction before final heat sealing. The packaged marinated peanuts are now complete.
