To better extend the service life of the machine and reduce its failure rate as well as maintenance costs, it is very necessary to perform correct cleaning and maintenance on the machine every day.
I. Frame and Conveyor Belt Parts
Before leaving work every day, clean off all visible material residues on the surface of the machine frame. (Note: Do not rinse directly with water. Use an air gun to blow off residues or wipe clean with a cloth.)
Before starting work every day, manually turn the drive roller to ensure that the flat belt is not stuck to the drive roller.
Oil all spherical plain bearings once a day.
Every three days, check whether the screws and set screws on all cams are loose. Every week, check whether all visible screws are loose.
II. Chamber Parts
Oil the external tension arm of the chamber once a week.
Oil the large gear under the chamber once a day.
Replace the heating strip and high-temperature cloth every two months. Check every week for signs of damage.
III. Bag Clamping Parts
Apply yellow grease to the bag pickup shaft and positioning seat once every three days.
